Well, different folks will have it looking a bit different, but this is what wikipedia.com says Cajun Country looks like.  Now, we'd all be a bit silly if we thought the lines stopped Cajuns from moving, so in reality, it would look like a reddish area that fades out as you move away from the center, which is generally thought to be Lafayette.  Oh, yeah, that article in wikipedia.org isn't all that bad....  it's right HERE.
